You also watched the video Airbnb – Remote User Testing with Usertesting.com, in which you hear the participant following the think-aloud protocol, speaking his thoughts as he encounters challenges with the site’s interface. He’s especially articulate, which is helpful fuel for design iterations. (See the researcher’s original blog post for more context about this video.)
