Assignment: Make a Short Video
Make a 2-to-3-minute video. We will view these in class. It should require some editing — for example, a longer video that you cut down to 3 minutes. Better yet, a variety of shots, angles.
If you have time, add a separate soundtrack. This could be in addition to the sound on the film, or instead of it. For example, you might have a video of someone speaking, but lead in and out with music. Or have only music as a soundtrack.
iMovie is designed for this, as is the current Windows Live Movie Maker.
