Patrick F. Riley: Founder and CEO of Ark.com, a modern people search engine funded by the top VC firms of Silicon Valley, including Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Greylock, Charles Rivers Ventures, Intel and YCombinator. Patrick previously worked in the industry as Director of User Experience at Lithium, AOL, and Symantec. Patrick is a senior partner at Link Capital, a stage-agnostic VC firm composed of CEOs from various technology companies, and is an active angel investor. @patrickfriley Bernt Wahl: Industry Fellow, Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, UC Berkeley.  22 years management experience including 12 years business development, 10 years Internet search technologies, and 7 years developing and marketing software. Designed, developed, and implemented Internet strategies for: SME, Fortune 500 companies, and US Government.  LinkedIn   Judging Criteria:  Criteria will include elements such as; technical merit and quality of prototype, attention to user experience and design, and clarity of presentation.  We want to see participants take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach taking into account factors of usability, reliability, and credibility while preserving security and privacy.
