Write a priorities & characteristics document for your team project.

Referencing the course readings and materials, identify the most important aspects of your project. Look at schedule, budget, quality and other pertinent factors to determine the priorities. Also identify the key characteristics of your project. Where are the complexities? Where are the risks? Where are the interdependencies? Give reasons for your results.

There are good examples for this week’s assignment found in Chapter 1 of the text on page 15 (Figure 1-2) through page 22 for more in-depth project characteristics (risk, business value, length, complexity, etc.).
