Motivation:
Currently twitter allows users to create custom Friend Lists: an example of individual categorization.e.g @newyorktimes , @cnn are usually classified under “News” or “TellMeWhatsHappening” list. Generally, these lists are based on the user and not on the text of the tweet. Our application would analyse the tweets on a given user’s timeline and automatically classify those under predefined categories based on several features of the tweets.
Objective of the project:
To build an application that will automatically classify the tweets in the best way possible and visualize it in some form.
Science is the systematic classification of experience.
